James Posey had his best game as a Houston Rocket, and it came against his former team.

Posey scored 18 points and the Rockets held on for dear life late to beat the Denver Nuggets 87-85 in Houston Saturday night.

However, the real story of the game for Rockets fans was that Yao Ming left the game in the first half with a sprained knee and will be evaluated further on Sunday.

Steve Francis led the Rockets with 25 points in the win.
