The Rockets had 19 turnovers through three quarters, but used a fourth quarter surge to pull away from the Timberwolves 97-84 in Minnesota Wednesday night. Luis Scola was large, scoring 21 and 16 boards while Chuck Hayes had 11 points, 10 boards and 4 steals. Trevor Ariza shot miserably (6-19) and hoisted 13 threes (wow!), but scored 18. Aaron Brooks had 8 turnovers in just 26 minutes and was pulled with a minute left in the third and never returned. Kyle Lowry stepped up in the fourth to calm things down and lead the charge.
