Kelvin Cato is back in action after a stint on the Injured List while Charles Oakley's brief Houston Rocket career is over.
The Rockets announced that they have waived Oakley today to make room for the return of Cato.
Kelvin has been an offensive liability this season, but his stint on the IL showed how important he is to the team defensively. In the 10 games Cato was out, the Rockets were 3-7 and gave up almost 98 points a contest.
Oakley played in 7 games with the Rockets, averaging under 4 minutes a game and never having played more than 8.
