Rockets Don't Use Head By Using Head
The Rockets counted on the inexperience of Luther Head.

They counted wrong.

Houston's rookie guard couldn't apply the brakes Friday night, crashing right through the rookie wall, and it cost his franchise dearly. His 26 points and 8 boards gift-wrapped the cherished 'L' for the Warriors, who happily slid in to the #6 spot and now have over 6 times a better chance for the #1 pick than Houston.

"I could see it in their eyes - they weren't playing to lose," said Warriors guard Derek Fisher of the Rockets. "They were playing not to win. I think tonight we clearly proved who is the weaker team."

It was a wasted golden opportunity for Van Gundy's boys as the Celtics topped the Sixers and the city of Orlando reeled in horror as the Magic beat the Pistons.
