The Rockets are saying Landry "could" be back on Wednesday against the Hawks in Atlanta, but they are doing further evaluations on his knee. Expect more to come out tomorrow.

The Rockets, riding a 17-game winning streak, made adjustments to their roster as a result, waiving recently-acquired Gerald Green and bringing back Mike Harris, who surprised the Rockets in summer league and training camp.

Harris averaged almost 13 points and 7 boards with the Rockets summer league squad this past summer and caught the eye of Rockets head coach Rick Adelman in the preseason, but was caught up in a numbers game with the Rockets overloaded with guaranteed contracts.

Waiving Green was a surprise as we had been hearing that he was doing well in practices, but his attitude may have played a role here. Also, with the loss of Bonzi via trade and now Landry to injury, the Rockets needed a guy who could contribute a few minutes right away.
