The Rockets rolled over dead against the Lakers in Los Angeles on Sunday, so it was nice to see them show some fight Wednesday in Phoenix.

But this kind of fight?

With the Rockets up 19 points with 0:27 left in the third quarter, Phoenix forward Matt Barnes tried to flatten Rafer Alston, who was setting a pick. Alston took exception, and it got interesting from there.

Steve Nash came flying in towards Rafer, and Tracy McGrady stopped him then threw him like a rag doll to the floor. Shaquille O'Neal entered the picture to play "peacemaker" (cough) by pushing McGrady, Yao and Rafer from behind.

"I don't know what happened. I turned around and saw Rafer and Barnes and I was trying to pull Rafer away. Then Shaq came in and that was my cue to get out of there," said Aaron Brooks.

I love too how Suns coach Terry Porter isn't seen running over until Nash falls down. You can imagine what's going through his head ... "Barnes? Meh. Wait, Nash?! Get in there!"

It's sure to be the talk of the NBA Thursday ... here's the Houston broadcast of it.
