Mack has returned to the CBA, playing for the Grand Rapids Hoops, where he left to join the Rockets for a 10-day contract in 95-96. He used that to try to get a multi-year deal from the Rockets -- it didn't work and in mid-season he was signed by the Warriors and later released. That's when real problems for Mack began -- July 11th of this year he was busted in Phoenix after a high-speed chase which resulted in the police finding drugs in his car. Mack claims he was set up.... article is excellent and worth a read.
