The end of the year is usually Walt Williams' time of the year when it comes to being in a Rockets uniform, but he won't get to see it. The Rockets placed Walt on the Injured List on Thursday, activating Kevin Willis in his place. Walt is suffering from bone spurs in his right ankle. Expect Terence Morris, Dan Langhi and Eddie Griffin (who could return tonight against the Kings) to see extended time in Walt's absence.
